NOLA’s Creole2Geaux celebrates the long legacy of Louisiana traditions carried out here in the Lone Star State by natives and non-natives alike, from Mardi Gras to Crawfish Boils, by offering Creole cuisine throughout the Houston Metropolitan area. NOLA's Creole2Geaux is spearheaded by head chef, Brianne Sacco, who joins the Houston culinary scene via Orlando, Florida.
Chef Brianne honed her culinary skills at the Orlando Culinary Academy, and shortly thereafter trained under Chef Emeril Lagasse at Emeril’s Orlando. NOLA’s Creole2Geaux is also committed to giving back to the community; the only bottled-water brand we sell is from a non-profit organization that gives portions of its proceeds to house the homeless.
